This project involves relocating all the overhead electrical and communication utilities and placing them underground using conduit and vaults throughout.  We are also changing out overhead electrical services on commercial properties to underground services directed to electrical handholes & vaults along this route.This project covers a two mile section of Lady Street in downtown Columbia, South Carolina.  With all the street and utility modifications this project will take approximately one year to complete.
