We provide International Code Council – Commercial Electrical Inspections by our Certified Commercial Electrical Inspector. Facilities requiring independent inspections include: Colleges, Universities, High Schools, Middle Schools & Elementary School under the jurisdiction of the OSF Inspection Division of the State of South Carolina. We provide an hourly fee based rate for all commercial type electrical inspections requiring an ICC Certified Inspection.
 We were proud to be a part of this project which was built in 2006 / 2007 for the Florence County School District & Darlington / Florence County Technical College System providing technical training for the plastic mold injection industry, mechanical and electrical industries. Providing classroom instruction and hands on labs in a state of the art facility. We worked with GS2 Engineering & Environmental Consultants, Inc. on this project meeting their inspection schedules.

McGuinn Group offers Custom Homes, Townhomes & Patio Homes throughout the Columbia Area. We have worked with Wade McGuinn and his team for many years and look forward to many more. Some of McGuinn Group subdivisions include Colonial Commons, Courtside Commons, Agape Commons, Cherokee Commons, Brookeshire Commons, Millcreek Townhomes and Pleasant Hill Subdivision. We currently have (6) full time residential electricians serving McGuinn Group and other residential customers.
We are a active member of the Home Builder Association of Greater Columbia.
We offer 24 Hour 7 Day emergency service to all of our residential customers.
